Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality pet products.

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused pet products in their original packaging.  To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receipt.   

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email at support@includeyourpetproducts.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).

  2. Package the Return: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring it's securely sealed.

  3. Ship the Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please retain the shipping confirmation as proof of return.

Refund:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions:

  • Used Products: Used products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.  

  • If your item was shipped free, we will refund the purchase price minus our cost of shipping item to you.

Additional Information:

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.  

  • Refunds for Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
